Purpose:
Sustain the growth and make sure all the SC processes of the Factory are in place effectively with the main goal to achieve standards and OTD

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Supply chain of the Factory internally and externally.
Maintain smooth work flow between the supply chain and all other departments
Factory Planning
Regular MPS calculation base the demand
Ensures the factory stays on schedule and keeps commitments.
Ensures factory meets the goals set by the Senior management team.
OTD require from our Customers
Warehouse Management Finish goods and Components.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Fluent in speaking and reading in both Mandarin and English.
Good communication skill
Knowledge in JIT, Kaizen and Kanban systems
Judgment / Decision Making – Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making. Takes into consideration related business ramification of various alternative courses of action.
Problem solving and Tasks follow up
Communication skills it is a must for this position
