职位描述

Purpose of Job:

The main purpose of this position is to support supply chain management to well  monitor and implement the full supply chain activities of NPI launch, which include ERP system data maintained, supplier material delivery, safe stock evaluated, capacity priority utilized , production planned and on-time shipment executed to support the company global sales demand


Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:

1)Support NPI successfully Launch during DVT/EVT/MP, lead to complete item master file for new product, maintain NPI Product into ERP system, own the master data accuracy and maintenance in all planning systems.

2 )Keep close communication with local vendors to ensure an effective order fulfillment, work with internal functions including sourcing, quality, production & engineering, to solve highlighted issues;

3) Coordinate multiple functions including forwarder, vendors, and global team to make smooth and on-time shipment ;

4) Monitor CMF/Vendor delivery performance, analyze the delay root cause to improve vendor on-time-delivery and flexibility;

5) Communicate closely with US planners and forecast team on demand change, analyze and execute pull in and push out actions.

6)Work on proactive actions including vendors capacity analysis ,vendor LLT material safe stock level and production plan to reduce delivery risk caused by vendors’ capacity and internal process issues.

7) Update PO status and consigned material delivery status to avoid any material shortage happen , Maintain daily data mgnt and create analyze reports as required;

8) Check and verify Vendor order delivery, document collection and payment doc follow-up (optional).

Requirements:  

 (1) Education: Bachelor degree

(2) 5+ years working relevant experience on order management, planning, and logistics in electronics product industry.

(3)Good command of spoken and written English

(4) Able to work in details and finish assigned tasks on time with teamwork

(5)Experience in ERP system, professional in Microsoft office (especially on Excel and Powerpoint)

 (6)Self-motivated and logic thinking, good data analytical skill ,able to work independently under high pressure.
