工作职责:

1. Give suggestion / recommendation to improve the construction /work shipment of the products to get the best product as well as cost solving.

2. Minimize the risk of quality concerns during the development stage.

3. Physically visit the factory for inline and final inspection.

4. Work with factory to solve out any quality issues.

5. Collaborate with design team and Merchandising team from Tech Pack handover throughout the development process.

6. Check the size set, counter sample and pre-production samples before bulk production to ensure the right quality before proceeding the bulk making.

7. Conduct team management and process optimization.

8. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

任职资格:

1. Over 10 years of experience on Quality Assurance / Technical support during product development.

2. Fluent in oral and written English.

3. Solid knowledge about adult/kids apparel & accessories quality standards, experienced in sports apparel QA process.

4. Good communication skill with local and overseas suppliers.

5. Good at office Microsoft such as excel, word, PPT and so on.

6. Logical thinking & good at problem solving.

7. Adaptable to frequent business trips home & abroad.
