Title: Associate Project Manager – Soft Toys

Job summary

The primary function of the “Associate Project Manager – Soft Toys” is to support the Asia Project Management team on all follow up required to ensure that projects are structured, documented and organized from concept to completion. Associate Project Manager is assigned to assist the Asia Project Managers on all data collection and data entry needed to ensure product integrity, confirmation and licensee support that assist with product development and on-time shipments.

Summary of essential job functions

？ Coordinate with Director of Project Management and Asia Project Managers to determine, assess and document all milestones and support files that the project needs.

？ Assist in Organizing Project details and Project Timeline.

？ Ongoing maintenance and updating of Google Project Management software (Smartsheets) and maintain Development documentation and communication.

？ Ensure Project Manager & Jazwares Departments are up to date on all project documents and working to meet/follow project timeline.

？ Consistently follow up with Jazwares Departments to make sure everyone is on the same page. Make sure all departments are properly and accurately informed on all issues in order to keep the project moving forward.

？ Maintain complete oversight on the Project Management Software throughout the entire development process.

？ Follow up on Concept Sheet, PDS, Packaging, Compliance/QA review, etc….

？ Document and attach all documents that relate to Final confirmation and milestones

？ Provide support throughout the development process all the way to completion of first run of production.

Minimum requirements

？ Degree holder with relevant working experience

？ At least 5 Years experience in the Soft Toys is a must

？ Experience with both of manufacturing and buying office is preferred

？ Able to work independently

？ Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure

？ Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential (CET-6 is preferred)

？ Proficiency in PC skills

？ Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills

？ Self-starter
