职位说明
The claim management supporter should be responsible for import parts claim management for the car-lines X247, X294 and X295. The main tasks of claim management supporter shall include:
-Provide a central point of contact and work as coordinator for Logistical-claims (missing/wrong/damaged) at BBAC Shunyi Plant concerning import deliveries from Daimler AG.
-Conduct an expert assessment and liaise internally with different Daimler departments (QM, packaging planning...) or with external parties (logistics service providers, forwarding companies…) for imported purchased parts and in-house parts supplied by Daimler AG to BBAC.
-Enter the complaint in Daimler “GSS” IT-System and approve it:
Loop 1: Receive and analyze claims from BBAC Shunyi Plant to Daimler AG (claims created by BBAC).
Loop 2: Place claims to internal or external suppliers and coordinate claim process until claims are closed.
-Be responsible for claim-analysis (onsite-check, unpack audit, etc.), claim placement to possible causer and closing of claims. Moreover, claim management supporter should ask for countermeasures from internal or external supplier and track for realization.
-Coordinate containment activities at BBAC Shunyi Plant and clean up pipeline.
-Verify 8D reports from suppliers.
-Create financial report on a monthly base.
-Prepare the Reporting to Management Level (regular meeting, escalated issue, special cases, etc. )
任职要求:
Personnel with minimum 2 years work experience at OEMs or suppliers.
Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.
Computer skills mandatory, including Windows, Office (esp. Powerpoint and Excel), SAP beneficial.
Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
