Job Description:

 

1. Implement daily operations of warehouse on the procedure from inbound, outbound to physical inventory management and SAP system

    实行仓库日常操作,从入库，出库到实物库存管理和SAP系统操作

2. Processing of incoming shipments (verification of physical and system quantities, sorting quantity discrepancies, performing goods receipt) 

   收货处理、核对系统与实物的数量，分拣数量差异，验收入库

3. Goods storage on different stock locations, physical stock movements between locations based on instructions of Inventory Manager

    货物按指定位置摆放整齐，根据上级的指示做相关的移动

4. Outgoing shipments (sorting goods to shipments according to SE packing list, performing goods packing in system, physically pack goods for shipments)

    出货处理-按SE的出货清单挑选整理需要出货的货物进行包装，把相关包装信息录入系统

5. Maintain a high inventory accuracy and physical stock counting  

   维持库存实物的准确性及实物盘点

6. management of warehouse packing material  仓库包装材料管理

7. Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy. 确保仓库保持整齐干净

 

Requirements:

 

1. Basic knowledge of English ( understand English version of SAP and be able to communicate in English via email)   能用简单英文邮件交流，会操作英文版SAP系统（入职会提供相关培训）

2. Basic PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word ,Outlook 会操作基本的办公软件

3. previous experience with Warehouse management is advantage  有相关仓库管理经验优先

4. Positive and hard work, strong sense of responsibility, with a spirit of cooperation  积极耐劳、责任心强、具有合作精神
