AIR EXPORT OPERATIONS 空运出口操作

Your Responsibilities

1. Issue required HAWB in line with instruction as received from customer service or supervisor.从客服或主管收到指令后按照要求出分单
2. Print HAWB correctly on time.及时准确打印分单
3. Ensure collection timely of all shipment related documets.及时收集所有货物相关文件
4. Trigger EDI correctly on time.及时发送EDI
5. Contact shipper, monitor cargo arrival time.联系客户，跟进货到时间
6. Coordinate with shipper and broker, follow up the customs clearance process.协调发货人和报关行，解决报关问题
7. Do the cargo list in excel and issue invoice to local clients in time. 及时完成台帐和开票
8. Back up for team members when necessary. 必要时做同事的后备
9. Other tasks assigned by direct supervior and manager. 上级主管或经理安排的其他工作

We Expect

1. Relative 0-4 years experience in forwarder industry, being able to handle documentation by understanding English commercial document. 有0-4年相关行业从业经验,能够制作单证,通读英文商业电函
2. Being able to communicate with local agent and client smoothly with easy going personality. 具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通
3. Being familiar with MS office and good English reading & writing ability will be a plus. 熟悉办公自动化软件,有一定英语读写能力更佳
4. Team player to work with high responsibility and patience. 对待工作细致耐心,有责任心,能够和团队成员和睦相处
5. Colledge or undergradudate will go with priority. 大专或者本科学历优先
