Job description
Understand Procurement Policies & Practices and provide procurement support to clients
Establish appropriate Business Controls postures in procurement process and to be fully responsible for the compliance with Policies & Practices
Procurement process optimization
Execute Procurement contracts and purchase orders
Develop, execute and optimize the sourcing strategy to ensure quality candidates to fulfill Client open demands, and to build pipelines for ensuring that future demands can be met.
Conduct RFX, perform SS/FV
Supplier rate analysis, negotiation, and formalization, contract negotiation and preparation and management
Supplier Management Process and SPE
Systems and Tools supporting the Procurement process
Supplier rate analysis, negotiation, and formalization, contract negotiation and preparation
Appraise client management on activities/ initiatives which are relevant to the ongoing business & strategies happening in Global Procurement
Required Skills:
Bachelor Degree or Above
At least 3 years procurement experiences
Fluent English both in oral and written
Good communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Leadership skills
Negotiation skills
Strong business control sense
Good Data analysis skills
Client exp. preferred
