职位描述
Responsibility
Summary:
Plan and develop sales strategies through business development activities, including building the sales organization with the objective of ensuring continuous revenue growth
Sales Team Management
1. Leading sales team to collect and analyze territory market situation;
2. Determine individual tactics in order to strengthen market penetration,
3. Works with the Sales to develop account strategies and revenue management to position Royale solutions effectively
1. Review with sales on their daily/weekly/monthly performance by using relevant tools
2. Coach sales best behavior through on road and relevant coaching
3. Motivate and influence activities of assigned resources to achieve desired goals and objectives
Quality Management:
1. Leading sales team to collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product and lane development to meet market requirement and customer satisfaction.
2. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Sales cross function communication
Meet regularly with functional departments to resolve customer issue, enhance service quality and increase customer satisfaction, and ensure that annual target revenue is achieved
Collaboration within Group
1. Work closely with sales managers in other cities to leverage resources and share information.
2. Assist District Sales Manager with sales team management on business development activities including target revenue plan, industry marketing analysis, sales regular report data analysis, business development strategies etc
People Development
1. Work with HR to fulfill sales force
2. Conduct products knowledge and on the job training to subordinates
3. Conduct weekly and monthly meeting to share and discuss sales performance improvement
4. Help subordinates on career development
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Over 5 years experience on sales in logistic industry, multinational company working experience will be an advantage
1. At least over 2-3 years sales management experience
2. Good analytical, problem solving, project management, customer service and presentation skill
3. Able to work under pressure, creative thinking, good communication skill
4. Strong leadership skill
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written
6. Good computer skill on MS office
