GRE Cross functional Business Operations Manager

 Business Operations & Strategic Planning team

Region Support Lead/ Point of Contact for the Region :

Act as a single point of contact for region requests, business operations and data provisioning Responsible to drive organizational, financial, and strategic goals in the region Drive consistency and alignment across all GRE functions, including best practice and information sharing   Support yearly Asset budget requirements consolidation; Ad hoc requests Best practice and information sharing across functions Ensure timely, and clear communication at the region level including region ATMs Drive tool, processes and best practice adoption at the region level Long Term Plan of

Record (LTPOR) planning and governance support:

Single point of contact within the LTP PMO. Work closely with Global leaders in LTP development, implementation and regional program management

Regional owner of GRE’s finance management tool (CSI)

Timely PMO/Steering Change requests consolidation (including data validation)

Support development and ensure timely approval of strategy plans

Region and GEO governance: Facilitate regional engagement meetings, working with GRE teams, partners Point of consolidation for regional decision making   Moderate Sub-region and Region Reviews, follow-up on action items and track issues to closure Data analysis and financial modeling support Data governance and quality assurance: CSI, Data Hub data, other tracker updates and accuracy   LTPOR data accuracy Quality control reporting and distribution to data owners and their managers to align across X-functional BMOs Drive Management of Change in order to utilize the available data tools (Qlik Sense) Alignment/consistency of data points across tools        

Global responsibilities include:

Sharing best practices with other BO managers

Work with global business relationship managers to ensure business alignment at regional level

Support or represent regional decisions at global forums

Expected/ Preferred Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, customer service driven and detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate findings
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required;
• Good understanding of Financial reporting
• Ability to function in a virtual global team environment and contribute to the timely delivery of multiple projects
• Ability to self-perform in terms of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
• Working knowledge of data analytics concepts, issues, practices, methodologies
