职位描述
Job Summary
The (Jr.) Group HR associate serves for whole enterprise corporate company located in different regions in Asia. The employee will support hiring manager on recruitment, including draft JD, post Ad on job boards, filter CV, telephone interview. The employee should possess adequate ability to communicate with employee (in English), and be able to resolve problems and requests during daily work. In addition, maintain ERP and Corporate Wechat information timely and accurately. In charge of attendance management, business insuranceand related ad hoc job.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
● Recruitment
Communicate with hiring manager, get the requests from hiring manager, assists to draft JD;
Maintain the recruitment website, social media and headhunter;
Develop strong relationship and social media networks to support the development of a pool of qualified candidates.
Contact recruitment channels to publish Ad
Filter CV, Prescreen interview
Run interview report base on the interview performance, analysis recruitment data
Complete the recruitment procedure, improve recruitment efficiency
● Other Duties
In charge of attendance and leaves management, keeping positive communication with local admins and maintain attendance report. Update employees' leave situation in ERP system and Corporate WeChat timely and accurately, responsible for leaves transition and reset
Maintain ERP, Corporate WeChat and telephone list information timely and accurately
Implement special projects and duties relating to HR administration and payroll as directed by manager / Sr. Associate
Management, maintenance and update employees’ personal files
Maintain the business insurance of foreign and Chinese employees
Job Requirements
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication ability in English
Reasonably strong skill in provision of services to clients
Ability to use MS office, Windows and especially Excel software
Reasonably strong ability to solve problems, organize, and to provide service to clients under special circumstances.
With recruitment experience preferred
Educational Background
Degree from a university or vocational college, or job experience providing similar skills
Specialization in HR or economic background
Experience
Applicants with 1-2 years of experience working in a foreign invested enterprise or those with experience of HR work
