工作职责：

1、负责公司新媒体平台日常内容的策划撰写及运营推广，对平台的粉丝增长、留存及转化负责；

2、了解并研究微信、微博、抖音、小红书等新媒体平台的运营规则，结合行业及公司特点，制定公司新媒体运营规划，包括但不限于用户定位、内容策划及推广策略；

3、负责制定新媒体平台的内容建设方案，包括图文选题、视频内容策划、主题策划、执行及出稿等，把握整体风格及发展方向；

4、策划组织推广活动及相关的对外合作，不断提升平台粉丝数量及转化；

5、结合公司目标用户画像，分析把握市场及用户的内容偏好、行为及情感需求，不断优化平台内容建设；

6、收集与分析相关的运营数据，同时积累竞争对手的优势案例和数据，为策略创新提供有效的依据；

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，汉语言文学、新闻传媒、市场营销、广告学等专业优先；

2、1年以上自媒体运营工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可；

3、熟悉微信、抖音、微博等平台运营规则、营销手法及传播方式，有独立操盘过粉丝增长裂变的经验优先；

4、熟练使用计算机及office软件，尤其是PPT

5、具有较强的新闻及热点的敏感度，有一定的文案撰写技巧及策划能力

6、好的团队合作精神，乐于学习新事物，思维跳跃，工作主动，有责任感，能承受一定的工作压力，较强的观察力和应变能力。
