Position                   :  Operations Coordinator (Contractor)

We seek a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.  The ideal candidate must be a demonstrated team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and processes. 

Roles and Responsibilities

·                     Assist in prioritizing projects based on business objectives and available resources

·                     Establish timelines and manage resources to meet key milestones

·                     Partner with senior creative team to ensure all projects are on strategy

·                     Liaises with APAC Ops team for all consolidation requests

·                     Manage communication process among key stakeholders

·                     Identify/assign internal resources and external vendors

·                     Contract Management

·                     Content Security Management

·                     Meeting arrangement

Requirements

Education:

?         Bachelor’s degree or college education

Experience:

·                     B.A. or equivalent

·                     3+ years project management or related experience

·                     Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

·                     Fluency in both English and Chinese

·                     Meeting and facilitation skills

·                     Proficiency in Keynote and excel

·                     Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

·                     Ability to support multiple projects concurrently

·                     Proactive and friendly disposition

·                     Comfortable dealing with people at all levels to develop and maintain relationships

·                     Demonstrates strong initiative
