Be responsible for quality performance and risk management activities in the region, reporting to Manager, Quality Performance and Risk Management

Job responsibilities:

- STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION registration for participating ICCS airlines

- Coordination of quarterly reporting to STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION

- Reporting of quarterly remittance to STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION

- Collection and submitting of receipts for quarterly reporting to STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION

- Reporting of monthly remittance of taxable airlines to STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION

- Collection and submitting of tax receipts of taxable airlines to STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION

- Coordination of FOREIGN EXCHANGE rates implemented by banks

- Replying queries from airlines regarding STATE ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION procedures

- Coordination of resume payment for suspended airlines

- Coordination for other LoB/Products that requires FOREIGN EXCHANGE deals and cross-border payments

- Other Quality and Risk management tasks assigned by QP managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting & finance, marketing, economics or other relevant discipline;
- With professional experience in a similar or related role with aviation industry background;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in complex cross-cultural environments;
- Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS;
- Fluency oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese is essential (CET-6, IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 95 and above);
