Global Order Admin 订单管理员

Functional Responsibility

* Prepare BL Booking Instruction to the shipping company & the forwarder.

准备订舱通知给指定船公司和货运代理。

* Make shipping docs for different countries per each SOP.

根据每个出货国家的SOP制作清关文件。

* Send draft docs to the customer for approval then send original shipping docs to Consignee.

发副本文件给客户确认，待客户确认无误后寄正本文件给收货方。

* Coordinate any issues which is related to import clearance.

协调各类清关事宜。

* Confirm monthly cost details with 3rd party service provider.

核实每月第三方费用清单并做相应付款申请。

* Any other job which is assigned by the supervisor.

Personal Capabilities & Education

* At least 1 year experience in import&export business.

有1年以上贸易行业从业经验.

* Being able to communicate internal & external smoothly with easy going personality.

具亲和力,能够与公司内外部人员流畅沟通

* Positive working attitude

工作认真负责，有责任心

*Being familiar with MS office 、Excel

熟悉办公自动化软件、熟练使用Excel

*good at English listening, speaking & writing

英文听、说、写熟练

*College as basic education background requirement
