Role – Project Manager

Location - China

This role is for Project manager who can engage with our client Business and IT teams to help to managing the end to end Program management, starting with Fit gap until hyper care exit. Project manager will create detailed project plan, trackers to handle the overall execution and reporting. He will also handle the responsibility of handling the Quality delivery and stakeholder management. Managing the delivery team to ensure knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

The candidate should be well versed in communicating in Mandarin language and be able to translate that in English for the rest of the team stationed in India. Experience in Agrochemical Industry is an advantage. Know-how of Project management WoW`s and new technologies like SAP ,Fiori, GTS, S/4 HANA and latest trends is expected.

Expertise in the following areas of Project /Program management.

1. Handling large Programs with full Life cycle with allocated Budget and time.
2. Working in multiple vendor environment.
3. Exposure on Handling the Work shop and Change management for the Project
4. Well versed with Waterfall and Agile methodology of Project management.
5. Knowledge on estimation and proposal preparation.
6. Collaborating with team within and outside the Organization.

3. What are the various trackers PM uses?
4. How do you manage the Risks?
5. What is change management and change request?
6. What are the Governance factors to be considered in a Project?
