• Manages account portfolio, prepares and implements account plans.
• Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
• Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering the volume and value.
• Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Leads/conducts negotiations, implements price changes.
• Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
• Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.

任职要求：

• Bachelor or above degree is required, major in chemical engineering, chemistry, material sciences related preferred.
• Over 7 years of working experiences in sales/marketing commercial role is required; Chemical industry with adhesive related experiences is a plus.
• A pro-active attitude, self-motivation, self-disciplined, and strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to meet business objectives.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English communication.
