工作职责:

1. 根据采购流程及规定，负责各部门采购申请的及时审核；采购合同或订单签订；供应商订单确认，货物及时有效跟催及入库，不合格品质量处理；支持财务部门发票核对和付款

2. 根据供应商开发及批准流程和实际需要，开发新供应商，支持国产化项目

3. 熟悉供应市场/行业/产品及原材料情报，支持采购经理制定并实施相应的采购策略

4. 了解滚动计划需求，与各部门和供应商直接有效沟通和高效合作，及时调整采购和库存策略，规避风险

5. 具备总成本意识，支持总部和采购经理，参与年度价格谈判

6. 定期实施供应商绩效评估，培养供应商的忠诚度，质量成本和服务意识以确保质量稳定和准时交货，与供应商建立长期战略合作关系

7. 及时更新维护和管理SAP系统中采购基础数据及文档

8. 定期汇报并支持采购经理持续改善以达成年度部门和个人KPI；并对采购合规性提出合理化建议

9. 完成上级布置的其他任务

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Responsible for purchasing requisition(PR) release according to purchasing process and rule ; Place Order，Order confirmation , Monitor delivery time and Goods receiving in time, NCR handling ;support accounting department for invoice and payment process

2. Sourcing and develop new supplier to support localization project according to supplier release and approval process

3. Investigation on Supply Market/industry /products/raw materials in time, support PM to set up and implement purchasing strategy

4. Monitor rolling demand planning, efficiently working and closely cooperate with other stakeholders or suppliers, timely adjust purchasing and stock strategy to avoid potential risks

5. With TCO awareness, support PM and HQ for annual price negotiation and cost down

6. Implement supplier performance evaluation for long-term strategic cooperation relationship, develop supplier with loyalty, quality cost and service awareness to improve for better OTD and stable quality

7. Maintenance and update purchasing master data about suppliers/materials and document management

8. Report and support PM to improve and achieve annual department and personal KPI, constructive proposal for purchasing compliance

9. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

工作要求/标准

1.     机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业

2.     3年以上机械制造类产品采购经验；熟悉机械件(铸造,锻造,钣金,焊接及机加工等) ,或液压件(油缸,胶管,泵,阀,密封件等), 或低压电气及自动化器件

3.     熟悉ISO9001/14001

4.     熟练应用 MS Office,及SAP

5.     熟悉采购数据和质量分析方法

6.     英语读写流利

7.     能适应经常出差

8.     良好的团队合作和沟通能力；积极主动，执行力强；高度责任感和服务意识

9.    善于总结，表达能力强，强烈的学习成长意愿

10.  根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训

Job Requirement

1.     Bachelor with major in Mechanics, Electrical, Hydraulics or others

2.     3 years working experience in purchasing of mechanical products (casting,forging,welding,sheet metal etc), or familiar with hydraulic parts(cylinder, sealing, hose, valve/pump), electrical and automatic components etc.

3.     Familiar with ISO9001/14001

4.     Good command of MS Office and SAP

5.     Professional purchasing data and quality analysis

6.     Fluent in English reading and writing

7.     Ability to travel frequently

8.     Excellent team-work and communication skill, motivated and positive executive force, high sense of responsibility and service awareness.

9.     Good at summarize and strong learning and growing willingness

10.   Accept job position change according to company business, professional training and written notice

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training.
