a)负责组织建立、完善和实施管理体系，主持编制《质量手册》，批准和颁布本检测中心的程序文件，推动管理体系有效运行。  

b)全面负责整个中心的日常质量管理工作，协调安排各实验室的管理体系活动。  

c)负责与实验室认可机构和质量监督部门的联系。  

d)负责中心年度内审计划的批准，并按计划定期组织内部管理体系审核，代表检测中心接受认可机构和公司内部的评审。  

e)监督客户投诉处理情况。  

f)监督检测中心设备的管理工作。  

g)记录管理评审会议，编制管理评审报告，监督纠正措施的执行。  

h)按照资质认定的管理规定上报《年度工作报告》和《统计数据》。  

i)海关年报申报 

k)公司设备管理 

任职要求：

a) 本科及以上学历。 

b) 两年以上实验室测试经验，熟悉整个公司的运作及流程。 

c) 具有丰富的质量管理方面的知识和经验，良好的计划，组织，控制，沟通和领导能力。  

d) 熟悉计量管理方面的知识，熟悉量值溯源。 

e) 熟练掌握实验室认可准则室管理体系及运作规律。 

f) 应具有实验室17025内审员资格。 

g) 熟悉质量控制技术和测量不确定度的评定。 

h) 良好的培训能力。 

i) 独立负责过CNAS/CMA审核的整个过程。
