Job Purpose 岗位目的:

1. The Site Finance Operation Manager provides support to the site business in the financial budgeting, actual reporting and financial analysis, aim to support the site to successfully deliver financial performance.
2. Play a critical business partner role to support site Transformational Objective delivery, drive continuous cost saving to support TSK&F Commercial ambition.
3. Provide financial and internal control governance to the site overall operation to ensure 100% compliance with GSK financial policy and local government requirements.

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1. Provides site with all financial accounting support which includes annual budget plan setting, monthly actual reporting and variance analysis:
a. Lead site monthly financial closing.
b. Responsible for Site finance Dash Board submission following global instructions and timetable.
c. Ensure monthly reporting data consistency between Unison and DB.
d. Provide analysis and commentary to any variance occurred.
e. Responsible for site KPI reporting.
f. Lead Site monthly finance performance and Balance Sheet items review.
g. Work with Site team to have periodic financial performance LE.
h. Lead annual 3/1 year plan cycle at site.

2. Lead standard cost setting cycle at site, and coordinate with commercial finance to ensure a smooth and successful flip process.

3. Provide solid capital expenditure control:
a. Provide ROI analysis to site capital investment proposal.
b. Review and approve site PIP at Site finance approval level.
c. Ensure site CAPEX spending fully compliance with GSK finance policy.
d. Provide monthly analysis of CAPEX actual vs. plan, and LE.

4. Engaged in site Transformational Projects setting and provide finance support to the project implementation.
5. Drive cost saving projects delivery and provide solid finance support at site.
6. Lead site finance team to build an efficient internal control system to protect assets of the company.
7. Maintain a good co-operation with commercial, finance SS and inter-company counterparts.

? Uncertain in daily work
TSKF GMS is supporting commercial ambition to grow business, there will be a certain level of changes and complexity such as site new products launch and existing products volume increase, which will become the major challenge to site finance to develop an accurate and timely financial forecast.

Besides, under the dynamic regulatory and economic environment in China, site finance people need to have sensitivity of the external impact to site business.

? Analysis needed in daily work
Due to the site capacity constraints, site finance need to have the knowledge and capability to conduct financial impact and decision analysis on various capital investment proposals.

To support Commercial ambition, site finance also needs to provide costing data for NPI project, which may need relative complex analysis in a quite short period of time. For the existing products production, site finance people shall have the capability and sensitivity to alert any abnormal signal, such as the variation of the yield performance, volume fluctuation, etc.

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:

? Strong knowledge of standard accounting practices, both corporate and appropriate financial guidelines/principles (IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, PRC GAAP, related taxation law & economic law etc) as appropriate.
? Strong ability to work with both financial and non-financial people.
? Good ability to motivate and manage staff.
? Good experience of working with JDE and BPCS;
? Well knowledge of company strategy and detailed understanding of manufacturing business.
? Strong knowledge of audit processes and experience in managing audits and coordinating with external & internal auditors.
? Fluent in English listening, speaking, writing and reading.
? Familiar with MS Office, JDE and BPCS.
? 5 years accounting experience at least in Pharmaceutical or Consumer industry is preferred.
