岗位职责：

    

1. 完善报告体系和数据分析，推动区域生意发展

    

    - 确保各项销售管理报告准时准确发布

    

    - 协助建立并完善销售管理报告，推动数据分析报告有效运用

    

    - 月度追踪跟进生意分析报告/基础效率分析报告/辅导检查等，发现生意机会或存在的问题，提出建议

    

2. 销售指标管理支持和OP数据维护

    

    - 协助支持年度销售指标计划分配、沟通、管理及日常销售指标维护管理

    

    - 月度OP报告数据沟通、维护、管理

    

3. 销售管理系统维护

    

    - 协助沟通解决SFA，Ismart，Atom，鹰眼等系统区域日常反馈的问题

    

    - 定期维护区域门店/客户新开/修改/关闭等操作需求

    

    

任职条件：

    

1. 大学专科以上学历，管理类，数据分析类背景优先

    

2. 1年以上快消品行业工作经验，外企数据分析or销售运作相关工作经验优先

    

3. 具备突出的执行能力和学习能力，具有较强逻辑思维能力，具备一定的沟通协调能力

    

4. 具备较强的适应能力和抗压能力，良好的主动性，积极的沟通能力

    

5. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，尤其是Excel，PPT，WORD
