工作职责：

1、负责根据公司总体战略规划目标，实施目标责任分解，制定部门岗位工作目标、工作计划并主导实施；

2、建设和管理销售团队，带领、激励销售团队；

3、积极开拓市场，运用各种有效营销方式，确保细分市场的占有率，掌握市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

4、开展销售工作，巩固开拓外贸市场，提高产品市场占有率；

5、根据国际市场发展趋势对市场和产品进行规划，保证产品正常销售；

6、全面负责管理细分市场海外客户的订单、物流情况及进出口问题等相关事宜。
