We desire to hire an eCommerce Business Development Manager to lead & manage Banana Boat brand business on all online platforms.

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

• Manage and drive sun care brand online distributors
• Operate cross-border flagship stores, domestic flagship store, JD flagship store, PDD and other online platform stores through dealers
• Monitor daily operation and promotion activities
• New online distributor development
• Data analysis, planning, and review

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Being a matrix organization with local and regional reporting lines and having multiple local and global supply points, stakeholder management and good timely communication will be the keys to be successful in this role.

We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• University educated or above
• At least 5-years solid eCommerce experience
• Experience in cross-border eCommerce management
• Familiar with all eCommerce operation details in different channels, including promotion campaign, resources and rules
• Suncare or personal care products background is a plus
• Familiar with eCommerce operation tools such as EC data way, business counsel, data bank, etc.
• Open to change, willing to work under pressure
• Fluent English in writing and reading
• Mature communication skills
