Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls or enquiries in professional manners;

Handle mails and couriers timely and record as required;

Maintain clean and friendly office environment, including monitoring cleaning lady’s job, reporting office repairs, etc;

Maintain a supply of stationeries, cleaning supplies, drinks, food, etc;

Responsible for staff travelling including air tickets booking, hotel booking and travel insurance;

Support related admin expense and do the monthly payment checking;

Assist with handling new hires and exit-staff, timely update staff information and manage staff attendance/leave record monthly;

Support office activities and other office administration work;

Do other jobs assigned by the line manager.

Requirements：

College or above degree with major in Secretary, English or administration preferred;· Familiar with office work procedures with 1-2 years related work experiences. Excellent fresh graduate is welcome;

Average in English speaking and writing skills;

Average command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;

Good communication & coordination skills;

Service mind-set to external and internal customers;

Stable and attend to details;

A good team player.
