工作职责:

Make drawings come to life!

As a product developer you always work with the customer in mind. You will train the Production team members and suppliers in all things customer and give detailed information about trends and how customers react to said trends.

You will analyse proposed fashion lines and determine which will be commercially viable in your markets. You interpret our trends and visual goals in relation to materials and products from a customer point of view. You have an acute business sense and a solid understanding of fashion, and you draw on this to make sound marketing decisions. You maintain good knowledge of H&M’s products, materials and processing suppliers/units. You are constantly searching for new materials, and continuously updating and securing materials and products.

The best customer offer is achieved through delivering excellence in the areas you own. This is achieved through teamwork, our values and collaboration. Communication is also key to building strong bonds and developing trust with your internal and external stakeholders. You are always proactive and searching for opportunities to drive Buying Office and Production team goals. You cooperate closely with other product developers and the senior merchandisers and their teams.

In this role you will continuously update/inform suppliers on trends and support them in building supplier collections for H&M, Identifying and informing them on what is big and what is new. You will also be responsible to develop local market assortment by creating relevant and sound brief, securing supplier collection in right time and right quality, doing the final selection together with key stakeholder, and acting on update on best sellers according to the selling report. In order to do that, you will consistently develop supplier/vendor’s capability so that they can fulfil business need. You are a great team player and a strong collaborator. You are always searching for our future best sellers.
