Role: :
Business controller monitors transactions and operation activities to align with policy,budget/forecast and further advice management
Location :
Located in SZ office and able to travel HK, SZ, and DG in order to provide good support
to operation team
Duty:
Oversee daily billing/ backlog status to consolidate and prepare in-month Revenue/Operating Profit forecast to management
Collect/validate data and prepare KPI reporting (e.g CAT/CE/GS/CAIG, Sales and operations analysis etc.)
Review and approve expense claims/capital spending to align with budget, policy and further direct correct process and improve process
Monitor transaction postings and prepare monthly financial statements and analysis to the management
Responsible for consolidating & reviewing forecasts and budgets provided by business units and prepare review package
Provide financial support to the operations to ensure that all cost containment and revenue generation are identified and fully exploited and align with policy and budget/forecast
Ensure that accounts receivable is processed accurately and in timely manner
Collaborate with business team and local Finance team on operation/accounting processes and build good relationship to grow the business
Perform ad hoc data analysis and problem investigation for management as needed
Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.
Handle the tasks of preparing timely and accurate report as deemed necessary
Qualification :
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organization and time management skills
Independent work with quality, detail oriented and team player
Able to interface and communicate with all levels of management,internal and group clients
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Knowledge of general accounting principles, budgeting/forecasting and auditing
In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial management
Proficient in major computer applications like Microsoft Office, SAP BPC, Accounting-JDE, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Access applications etc.
Well written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin
Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
Familiar with China taxation
☉Education & Experience:
University Degree and above
Minimum5 years working experience in accounting close and financial analysis
Minimum5years working experience in forecast/budget preparation
Experience with systems development and customization tools is a plus
