Job Summary:
Accounting & FinancRoles and Responsibilitiesial controlling in company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Financial Controlling
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting to the timetable required
- Prepare and submit the forecasts and business plan as require, and control actual expenditure.
- Maintain financial controls and systems consistent with central directives, legal requirements, statutory regulations and divisional goals.
2. Accounting :
- Ensure accounts are reconciled and accurately stated
- Ensure the statutory reporting is prepared in compliance with local GAAP rules and according to local legal deadlines
- Ensure the co-ordination of the annual audit and interface with outside auditors
- Perform tax and legal matters in collaboration with the external service suppliers
- Supervise treasury management
3.Business support :
- Perform regular reviews with management of operating and financial performance
- Provide with management reporting, financial and operational analysis to support the local
management in its decision process
- Support or initiate special projects to improve operational performance (productivity programs,
reduction of working capital …)
- Perform- what if - analysis and ad hoc financial reports
Qualifications Requirement:
University degree or above, accounting or relevant major;
- At least 5 years working experience,2-3 years management experience in Fin;
- Fluent in English both written and oral;
- Good knowledge of the PRC rules for accounting, banking, tax and legal matters;
- Familiar with ERP Kingdee or SAP is a plus;
- Action and results oriented ;
- Able to initiate changes;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- High level of integrity;
- Able to work according to tight deadlines.
