职位描述
General Purpose
Serves customers and dealers by selling products; meeting customeers and dealers needs.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Hit sales budget with respect to revenue and margin
2. Maintain sales and grow sales at existing accounts compared to prior year
3. Services existing dealers by planning and organizing daily work schedule(make phone call or visiting)
4. Train customers and dealers prospects to get their expectations
5. Responsible for the seller's product knowledge, sales skills, management training courses, such as design and training implementation
6. According to the company and customer/dealers requirements, developo, organize and implement the yearly, quarterly, monthly training plan
7. Organization, implementation and the tracking assessment, summarized training program
8. Ensure the smooth implementation of the training and marketing activities, focus on training and sales feedback tracking
9. Check monthly and annual training budget, and train dealer's shopping guide
10. Responsible for the company's new employees and intemal training division team
11. Keep management apprised of what is going on in industry; competitive info
12. Follow company sales process
13. Protecting company proprietary info
14. follow company policies
15. Effectively and appropriately untilize company resources
Sales representative skills and qualifications:
Customer service, meeting sales goals, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships, motivation for sales.
1. College degree or above, have the sales training and management experience is preferred
2. Good speech presentation skills, language ability, good image, good temperament, strong affinity
3. Able to adapt to the national business trip
