Job Summary

Responsible for the assigned Segment to drive the # of DIN and DWIN, to achieve the cooperate target, maintain and strengthen relationship with suppliers and potential customers

Principal Responsibilities

· Set a plan to achieve company assigned budget;

· To maintain and strengthen relationship with suppliers and key customers;

· To expand and develop new market and new customers with business penetration strategies;

· Provide timely and accurate business forecasts and pricing strategy for closing business deal.

Job Level Specifications

· Work with internal and external customer to drive the assigned Segment business growth and achieve company assigned budget;

· Manage order backlog and Inventory to minimize the risk to create dead stock and achieve company T&E target

· Devising strategies to drive sales and market share growth

Experience

A minimum 5 years solid experience in Electronics Components industry, Industrial or Automotive industry experience is preferred;

Experience in managing Key accounts & VMI services is highly preferred.

Education/Certification

Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Electronics

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PPT, SAP experience is highly preferred

Distinguishing Characteristics

Aggressive and self-motivated, hard-working, independent and result oriented;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and presentation skills is required.
