公司地点：上海市浦东新区蓝村路附近
薪资架构：Base pay*13-15薪+5%补充公积金+补充医疗保险+五险一金

Job Responsibilities :

A. Complete tasks assigned for tax :

1. Reconcile VAT invoice issuing/ receiving with business, control invoice status;

2. Perform regular Tax Declaration independently;

3. Fill in the statistics report;

4. Calculate and declare WHT for foreign payment;

5. Visit tax bureau if necessary;

6. Support internal & external data/files/information request.

B. Complete tasks assigned for accounting:

1. Check the payment application of procurement, identify risk if exists;

2. Bank / Counterparty balance reconciliation;

3. Assist for monthly closing and group reporting;

4. Complete closing and group reports for T&E and G&A, perform monthly budget vs. actual analysis of T&E timely with high quality;

5. Accounting voucher filing;

6. Support annual audit.

C. Any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Able to prioritize tasks and handle assignments in an organized way;

2. Detail oriented, strong sense of responsivity, self-disciplined and with great integrity;

3. Proficient in both oral and written in English;

4. Good communicator with proactive attitude;

5. Familiar with Excel is a must;

6. Good at PC software, including MS Word, PPT, etc;

7. Fluent written and spoken English;

8. Certificate of Accounting Professional or CPA courses passed would be a plus.
