职位描述

Strategic purpose of the position / 职位的战略意义:

This role is to enhance capabilities of APC/Asia SC both on employees and organization, ensure HR initiatives/programs implemented successfully and compliantly, lead to address people issues and create an open and engaging environment. Provide HR related service. Lead or support assigned China SC initiatives


Job responsibilities / 工作职责:

  • Follow & comply with Company/HR strategic policies. Provide professional suggestion for labor issues, support organization optimizing, enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the relevant functional leaders, Asia HR and China HR peers, ensuring that deliverables are conducted effectively in supporting the business
  • Work closely with relevant functional leaders as a business partner, actively providing HR advices in achieving business objectives
  • Work closely with relevant functional leaders and HR teams to standardize HR processes and policies. Ensure that HR solutions are cost effective, high quality and focused
  • Strive to develop and implement succession, employee retention and drive culture change
  • Headcount and manpower planning to support business development needs
  • Proposing/reviewing any employee terminations, salary actions, hiring, transfer and relocations for employees in certain levels
  • Ensure that the HR operations and employment related policies and practices are in full compliance with local and country laws and regulations
  • Improve Leadership Talent bench strength by partnering with business leaders to upgrade and improve talent and to develop robust succession plans
  • Oversee deployment of communication channels and fostering positive employee relations between employees and management
  • Lead or support SC HR projects


Qualifications / 任职条件:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Fluent Chinese and English in written, can communicate with English
  • 3+ years working experience in HR or SC function
  • The recent working experience should be in foreign company, FMCG industry is preferred
  • Good HR knowledge
