SUMMARY
Provides Level 3 supports for the use and availability of the Oracle EBS solution across the Global Organization,ensuring that the Order Management users are able to perform their functions as efficiently as possible and helping support the continuous improvement of the Order Management whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)
·Support the ongoing work of the central & regional Order Management teams by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented.
·Supports the global business by ensuring that the operations of the organisation are captured, processed and reported appropriately.
·Works with the Global IT team to identify areas for improvement in the systems that are used across the organisation.
任职要求：
·Degree in Information Systems, Business or similar field of study, or equivalent experience.
·5+ years of experience as a Support or System Analyst.
·3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS in Order Management – Inventory Management, Order Management, Oracle Landed Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Global Order Promising
·Good knowledge of integrated ERP solution environments.
·Experience in wholesale, retail & ecommerce business models
·Fluent in English (Additional languages an advantage)
