Report to Building & Infra Group GM

Role Statement:

• To be champion of Operation Excellence for Building and Infrastructure Building business group in Greater China. To drive, lead and implement the following but not limited key priorities – Margin improvement, Operation tools improvement, Operation competency build up and Knowledge management system in Building group.

Responsibilities
- Margin improvement

• To develop strategies, tactics, and plans for margin improvement
• To implement plans and initiatives to improve Operation’s efficiency and productivity.
• To set up and maintain processes, rules to optimize Operation manpower cost, production to support operating margin.

• To work with Operation Team to deploy, implement, maintain and optimize operation digital tools.
• To develop tools which can make contributions to Operation efficiency and productivity as well as based on needs.

• To build up Operation resources pool through internal enhancement of technical-know-how capabilities & competency and external hiring.
• To create Operation resources sharing platform and facilitate resources sharing among Building group even to enhance productivities.
• To identify gaps of capability and competency and make recommendations & solutions to Building group management team and relevant internal partners proactively.

- Knowledge management system

• To build up knowledge management system and sharing platform.
• To enhance operation personnel’s capability and competency through system.
• To build up operation personnel’s capability certifying process and rules.
• To promote Best Practices among Building group by implement of Operation related synergy.
• To update and report the progress of operation projects, plans, initiatives for B&I by regular basis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent level with Technical, Engineering or relevant majors.
2. Over 8 years working experience with more than five years’ experience in Operation management role.
3. Be capable to influence different levels of the clients’ organizations.
4. Be good at analyzing, planning and strategic thinking.
5. Proven strong business acumen.
6. Proven strong skills of leadership, influencing, communication, presentation and MS Office.
7. Fluent in oral, written and spoken English.
