岗位职责：（此岗位为6天班，周日休息，每天工作时间：08:30-11：30,14:00-17:30）

1. 协助总部财务做好相关的收费工作，包括但不仅限于统计并核对学生交费情况，定时与总部财务部进行沟通，发现问题立即进行汇报并处理；
2. 负责到税局进行校区发票的购买，协助税局对公司进行年审、审查等工作；
3. 校区固定资产进行定期的盘点，根据新购置的固定资产进行添加及定期制定报废申请表，严格需按公司总部财务流程申请；
4. 负责发票的审核，对于不合理的报销予以退回；
5. 根据企业运营发展需要，优化校区日常办公制度以及落地执行；
6. 负责校区整体运营行政工作，支持各部门的行政工作；
7. 监管日常考勤打卡情况，每月出具考勤统计表，与总部对接考勤数据并保证真实无误；
8. 负责上级领导部门及其他部门的接待工作；
9. 负责证照年审及变更等工作；
10. 处理校区突发事件及完成公司安排的其它相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，财务管理、会计类相关专业毕业，具有初级或以上职称及会计从业资格证；

2. 有扎实的财务基础，两年以上本职工作经验，具有全面的会计专业知识以及扎实的操作能力，能高效完成本职工作；

3. 熟悉国家财税法规和有关管理要求，熟悉操作一般纳税人税控系统；

4. 熟悉操作WORD、EXCEL等办公软件；

5. 具备较强的书面、口头表达和沟通协调能力，思维逻辑清晰，能承受一定的工作压力；

6. 具备良好的职业道德，忠于职守、廉洁奉公、遵纪守法。
