工作职责:

? Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

? Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

? Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

? Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

? Inform customers about new features and functionalities

? Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

任职资格:

? 1+ years in a customer service based role

? BS in Information Technology or relevant diploma

? Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

? Understanding of how CRM systems work

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies

? At least one year of technical experience in two or more of the following:

-Experience with Infrastructure / Network Administration

-Windows and/or Linux OS

-TCP/IP protocols

-Troubleshooting at the expert level within large Network Environments

-Private, Hybrid and/or Public Cloud

-Virtualization of SDN technologies

? Patience when handling tough cases

? Logical and critical thinking

? Fluent written and oral Chinese and English skills
