Job Responsibility：

  

Staffing:

  

• Be responsible for making annual headcount plan and headcount budget to support business and personnel cost goal.

• Lead staffing related projects as campus program, buddy program, etc.

• Optimize and manage recruitment channels to continually reduce the hiring cycle and improve candidate’s quality.

• Implement and manage recruitment, entry and exit procedures.

• Localize, create or update staffing related policies, procedures to meet business goals.

• Improve new employee’s satisfaction to reduce turnover rate during the probation period.

• Maintain monthly staffing report

   

  Others:

• Support HRBP for ER case, WCM system and other business related projects.

Qualification：

• Education学历: Bachelor Degree or above

• Language语言: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above

• Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in Powerpoint, Word and Excel;

• Active and initiative

• Quick learner

• Can work under pressure

• Logical thinking and digital sensitivity
