Position Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with local and global marketing organization to ensure that the Ergotron brand message is communicated consistently across multiple media platforms.
• Responsible for the creation, planning and managing of integrated marketing campaigns, including the development and management of budgets and agency partners.
• Plan and execute unique strategies using online channels including paid social SEM, SEO, content marketing and organic social media initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic.
• Responsible for coordinating Social Media Marketing with major regional platforms.
• Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, campaign reporting and ROI with partners (i.e. Amazon, JD etc) and on our website
• Lead digital advertising strategy and execution for website and eTail partners across Asia Pacifc.
• Identify and communicate local trends and opportunities.
• Additional duties as requested.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

• 3-5 years of experience driving customer centric marketing plans in a B2B or B2C environment.

• Experienced in digital marketing and content development.

• Thorough understanding of digital platforms, channels, user experience and content strategy.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.  English and Chinese language proficiency.

• In depth understanding of SEO and Adword programs

• Experience with Amazon, JD and Tmall ecosystems preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

• Strong communicator and willingness to collaborate across regions.
