职位及职责Position：

1/制作与审核ICAPE/CIPEM 海外办公室的订单并通过系统下给供货商

Prepare and review ICAPE/CIPEM oversea office’s order and release to suppliers by system

2/与供货商确定交期并跟进以及录入系统

Confirm shipping date with suppliers and follow up and input the confirmation date in system.

3/录入供应商的发票以及跟供应商对账有关的与财务的沟通

Record suppliers invoices and communicate with accouting department about any statements discrepancy.

4/ 每个月供应商准时交货率的数据汇报

Report the data about suppliers on time delivery.

5/与客服部和物流部门之间关于任何交期问题的协调

Coordinate the delivery date issues with customer service and Logistics department.

6/解决出货运输过程中出现的包装投诉问题。

Solve the package complaint issues during transport.

个人能力Personal ability：

做事细致认真，有耐心，谨慎且有条理者优先

Work carefully and conscientiously, Be patient and cautions,organized.

有独立处理问题的能力，很好得与各部门沟通协调

Have the ability to solve problems Independently, well coordinated with each other departmennt

熟悉国际贸易条款 Familiar with incoterms

英语书写/口语能力良好,至少非专业四级

Good writing and speaking English ,at least CET4.

学历及工作经验Education background and work experience：

1/大专以上学历college degree or above

2/熟悉ERP/SAP系统操作, Familiar with ERP/SAP operation and office software

3/熟悉出货和船务相关流程, 有实际单证操作经验者优先

Prefer with experience about Logistics/shipping process and documentation operations
