东莞招聘

1、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划。

2、建立和完善公司招聘管理体系，根据企业发展阶段进行招聘策略的制定、拟定招聘方案。

3、负责主任级及关键岗位的招聘面试工作。

4、规划、指导公司所有人员的招聘管理工作，使招聘工作符合国家法律法规和公司要求。

5、对公司年度、月度招聘工作实施进展情况进行跟进、分析、总结和评估，控制招聘成本。

6、负责关键性岗位员工离职面谈，监管特殊岗位离职前的职业健康检查。

7、制定员工关怀计划，组织开展员工活动及各项日常员工关怀工作。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，人力资源管理、经济学、心理学及相关专业。

2、五年以年制造企业招聘工作，两年以上招聘工作管理经验。

3、熟悉国家及地方劳动用工等人事政策和法规，熟谙招聘面试与员工关系处理技巧。

4、性格温和、有耐心、积极主动，亲和力强，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，文笔功底强。
