职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Independently executes operational support to employees and, demonstrates deep understanding of HR processes and related complexities, uses judgment to deal with escalated exceptions, non-standard issues to ensure accurate employment documentation and compliance.
· Provide support to LinkedIn’s employees by responding to employee queries via a case management tool, in line with established SLAs
· Acts as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from other HR partners
- Proactively reviews processes holistically to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiencies, looks for ways to refine HR operation policies.
- As point of contact for HR system program, take part in creating business rules for new systems to enable efficient accurate delivery of programs
- As point of contact to ensure local HR operation vendor service quality, liaison with internal stakeholders to align operation guidance updated and amplified.
- Uses judgment to ensure all transactions are processed in line with internal and external compliance guidelines to avoid any legal risk.
- Work with payroll team and provide accurate HR data on monthly payroll process
- Create and prepare HR reports as needed, and proactively assess data, identify trends and recommend solutions
- Partner with the HRBPs on HR programs
- Take part in other LinkedIn China HR initiated or global HR Operation programs
- Extends required level of support towards Contingent Workforce management
Basic Qualifications:
· 6+ years of professional HR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree in HR or a related field
· Minimum of 4 years’ of solid experience in a HR Operations role
· Experience with HR Management Systems, such as Workday, ServiceNow & SmartRecruiters
· Experience should include employment law understanding, previous experience in
supporting employee relations
· Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
· Past experience within a technology or high-tech organization
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent analytical skills
· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT
· Knowledge & experience using Microsoft SharePoint
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
· Fluency in English
· Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
