Report to: Director, Sourcing and Asia Supply

Accountable for leading the daily operations of the Logistics team including document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process consolidations and drop shipment in a cost/time-efficient manner and within defined standards. Models and acts in accordance with the companies guiding principles and core values.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide responsible supervision and control for all logistics activities.
• Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Receive, review, and process documentation for an assigned base of accounts.
• Ensure data is entered and updated in system and report effectively.
• Manage pre-alerts on a timely bases to determine whether freight is moving as expected.
• Follow-up with Forwarders/carriers to forecast and coordinate required space.
• Provide training and quality management activities to staffs
• Coordinate logistic performance analysis for management
• Lead and motivate team to handle challenges in high pressure and fast pace working environment.
• Willing to conduct ad-hoc jobs assigned by management
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for staffs within department.

Other Skills & Abilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Ability to allocate work assignments and/or tasks responsibilities to others to maximize the organization's and the individual's effectiveness.

Education & Experience

• College or above.
• Excellent communication skill, verbal and writing, in English and Chinese
• Minimum Five years logistic related experience.
• Minimum two years supervisory and/or lead experience required
