Servicing global customers for over 150 years,  BJB GmbH is one of the market leaders in the lighting industry and operates in multiple countries. BJB Dongguan Electric CO. LTD is a subsidiary wholly owned by BJB Group headquartered in Germany. 

Now BJB Dongguan is looking for a young and talented person to fulfill a role that is recently opened in our company. The successful candidate will be offered with long term training programs which is aiming at future leadership of our production operations in China. Whereas, this role is only offered to a person who possesses high potentials in business acumen, technical knowledge, capability of learning, and language proficiencies.

Job assignment

Production -

-          Implementing customer order fulfillment.

-          Monitoring order quantity, delivery schedule and inventory levels.

-          Assist production manager in workshop management.

Data management -

-          Record productivity and efficiency data.

-          Identify performance result and provide early signals.

Inventory -

-          Record inventory data on daily basis.

-          Provide warnings for any short supply of materials.

-          Perform inventory checks including bounded materials against system data.

Import & Export -

-          Register import & export materials/products.

-          Assist in documents and compliance works in customs clearance and declarations.

 

Qualifications

-          Bachelor degree holder in science or engineering, preferably electrical/electronic engineering or automations.

-          English proficiency as minimal requirement, German an extremely desired skill.

-          Open-minded, quick learner, through thinking, willing to start from beginning and seeking for continuous growth.

-          Superior computer skills with office software.

-          3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, but not necessary for young graduates who demonstrate high level of talents.

 

BJB is an international company and we value our people as the most important assets. The successful candidate will go to our head office in Germany and complete training programs of 2-3 weeks after international travel is open.
