职位描述
Purpose for the Job 职务目标
1 To monitor order process for local customers from receipt through fulfillment process, proposing solutions or options caused by order fulfillment problems or emergencies. (PT central China)
2 To arrange the sample orders and handle the recycle IBC returned from customers and SBU’s
3 To build up a good relationship with customers through customer visits/meetings and regular calls.
4 To record customers’ complaints and transmit to QA and give the feedback to customers.
5 To monitor the AR days
Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
1 To monitor order processing in SAP for local customers and following up the order delivery status, including return orders following up and second IBC returned orders controlling.
2 To handle customers’ complaint and improve the customer’s satisfaction. But not expose irrelevant information, especially of price and our stock to customer or other persons.
3 To follow up the customer’s credit and payment status. Transmit credit problem to sales staff in time. Provide sales staff or customers with information such as daily order list , delayed orders, partial delivery and so on.
4 To monitor the sample’s application and delivery and consignment stock transfer
5 To complete assignments delegated from your boss and support CS team’s daily work.
General SHEQ Accountabilities安全、健康、环保及质量方面的职责
1 Conducting tasks delegated by the company’s SHEQ team.
2 Ensure following of the company’s Management system, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.
