一、岗位职责：

1.负责招聘工作，应聘人员预约，接待及初试、复试安排，面试结果跟进、通知报到；

2.员工入职手续办理、员工转正手续办理，劳动合同的签订、续签与管理；

3.公司内部员工档案及通讯录的建立与管理；

4.负责考勤及工资绩效的核算；

5.负责部门日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作；

6.负责离职员工的手续办理及善后处理工作，包括办公室用品、钥匙、出勤核算、离职证明、合同解除等；

7.协助部门领导组织制定公司人事规章制度，并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。

8.协助部门领导组织设计和完善公司的组织结构，做好定岗定编，合理有效配置人力资源。

9.负责公司人力资源信息的上传下达工作

 二、任职要求：

1.人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历;

2.从事人力资源工作1年以上，具备hr专业知识;

3.具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强;

4.熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件;

5.了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策;

6.吃苦耐劳，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养;

7.欢迎优秀应届毕业生。
