首要职责

Principal Accountabilities：

• Customer interface to the assigned OEM Color&Trim Design departments from the start of the market project acquisition to the surface appearance approval. 从新项目阶段对接主机厂，负责产品颜色表皮的设计
• Manage, maintain customer contacts, evaluate customer Design needs, develop Design solutions based on customer briefing or trend analysis results of CGT Advanced Design, create Design value and promote CGT products from early Design concept stage to final industrialization by respecting budget and project plan. 了解客户设计需求，了解行业流行趋势，负责产品外观设计开发等事宜
• Obtain new pattern (grain, print, punch, etc.) approvals incl. customer signed samples from OEM Color&Trim Design or other department authorized for surface pattern approvals. 从客户端验证获取新产品的认可，如颜色，结构，纹理，外观等
• Pattern appearance decision for newly introduced industrial tools in the production plants, until appearance approval by customer. 负责新花纹模具的开发，导入到工厂，试生产等
• Define together with PDS internal surface specification (color, gloss, grain, haptic) for trial batches. 与技术部门合作确认产品外观，产品试生产，以及其中的沟通等问题
• Graphic Design, incl. 3D rendering. 表皮设计，包括3D模拟
• Preparing weekly program plans, reports following established company and department procedures. 更新周设计项目计划，部门计划等
• Surface Technology Design, Advanced Design, Marketing and Industrial Design support and other tasks and duties as requested and assigned by Head of Regional Automotive Design. 表皮设计，内饰设计，市场和工业化支持，以及部门领导布置的其他相关任务
