主要职责 :
1，负责工厂日常生产运作，完成生产指标；
2，制定生产物料，设备，人员计划，保证按时按质按量完成客户订单和付运；
3，有效监督箱厂生产情况，及时解决生产现现场的问题，保证生产效率；
4，推行质量管理措施和程序，满足产品质量要求；
5，合理配置生产设备和人员，保证生产效率和生产安全。
任职要求：
1，大学本科，生产管理/工业工程或机械工程专业；
2，5-8年中型五金工厂管理经验；
3，良好的领导能力，沟通和人际关系技巧；
4，良好的英语读写能力，可口语交流。
