职位描述

Under supervision, the Customer Success Specialist serves as an additional point of contact to an account that also has a primary point of contact assigned (account ownership role) in a pre-sale, sale, or post-sale for existing clients/customers. Supports the client relationship by demonstrating product/service features to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximize value from the product(s). May recommend specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired result.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*1.    Acts as part of a sales team by supporting field staff by engaging with customers via telephone or electronic inquires for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfillment, post-sales or responsible for administrated related activities.

*2.    Provides support on retaining and growing an existing customer base and may sell lower-tier products or services. 

*3.    Supports Account Ownership staff and client satisfaction by developing and sending out quotations for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools and booking orders.

*4.    Assists the sales process cycle by facilitating service delivery resource allocations by entering sales contract into databases.

*5.    Supports the client relationship by demonstrating product/service features to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s).     

*6.    Supports cross-collaboration within departments by  conducting follow-up on  order status, prices, product or service availability and inactive orders to assist sales teams.

*7.    Supports client account satisfaction, account growth by effectively responding to client sensitive and urgent issues. May recommend specific solutions to achieve customer's desired result.

*8.    Meet with prospects to identify and qualify their needs including understanding decision makers, delivery timeframe, budget status, challenge and pain points, and competition status.

*9.    Provides value propositions to clients,  prepares quotes or reviews quotes prepared by others, and closes sales by assisting Account Ownership roles by getting prospects’ commitment with little or no supervision.

*10.    Performs other duties as directed.
职位要求:
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) and generally two years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.

- General knowledge of company policies and sales processes

- Demonstrated ability to execute projects to stated objectives

- Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization

- Has a general understanding of company's products and services

- Minimal business travel required
