JOB DESCRIPTION：

1. BUD & Rolling FC (Weight 30%)
？ Lead the BUD planning for R&D dept, including support HC planning, prepare the CC cost planning and consolidate project cost planning;
？ Prepare quarterly rolling FC, actively review with internal team to identify the changes;
？ R&D reimbursement planning/FC w cross check between PM and sales.
？ Present BUD/FC to BU and internal management team;
2. SAP and Accounting (Weight 30%)
？ Monitor the cost booking in cc and projects, work closely with FSCC to ensure timely and precise reporting at ME.
？ Analyze key deviation and drivers, provide decision supporting to dept.
？ Maintenance of SAP (WBS, BUD/FC, WCAP)
3. R&D Project Control (Weight 15%)
？ Support the approval of project budget application;
？ Monitor the project cost/spending regularly, and support PM to investigate the reasons for deviations;
？ Update project statues monthly and deliver the MEC project package to R&D;
？ Finance knowledge sharing with R&D team.
4. CAPEX control (Weight 15%)
？ Organize annual investment budget planning, collect requirement from depts in R&D center and challenge end user to understand the demand;
？ Update FC according to BU request, and upload the changes to SAP system (GPA, FIRE);
？ Support eCR application, and closely track the spending status.
？ Monthly capitalization check.
5. Others (Weight 10%)
？ Proactively identify the area to be improved and work closely with teams to optimize the process etc.
