 Functional Dimensions


  • · The Jobholder is to monitor data processes that are taken by the Process Executives
  • · The incumbent should have an ability to comprehend performance measurement
  • · S/he should be able to track requirements using day to day
  • · operations (quality/turnaround time/productivity etc)
  • · The jobholder should have working knowledge of reporting requirements
  • · S/he should have a grasp of quality procedures and technique which will help improve and ensure consistent performance
  • · S/he is responsible for developing control methods and measures to prevent misuse of data
  • · The incumbent should possess skills in planning and forecasting pertaining to the processes that s/he is responsible for


· People Dimensions


  • · The jobholder is assisted by Senior Technical Process Executives who being experienced team members, take on a part of the load of the Team Lead depending on their capability
  • · In terms of people, the jobholder has to look at the resource allocation on a daily basis, assigning tasks and responsibilities to the team depending on the schedule for the day
  • · S/he should guide them in the technical aspects related to their job as well as deal with administrative issues such as leave etc.
  • · The jobholder is responsible for mentoring the associates and managing
  • · attrition
  • · Is responsible for team members satisfaction, including welfare events and teambuilding’s.


· Responsibilities:


  • · Is part of the first layer of management
  • · Is responsible for the team’s overall deliverables
  • · Is accountable for different situations that have to be judged, pros and cons weighed, before responding to the team/clients
  • · Responsible for process improvements in his/her area of work
  • · Handles customer reporting and level 2 escalations
  • · Assumes ownership for client communications
  • · Is responsible for the development of team members
  • · Employee shall deal with sensitive/financial information of a client/internal Infosys processes
