CEVY LINKS is recruiting an experienced and smart Warehouse Manager & corridor operator

with entrepreneur spirit, able to ensure proper operations, develop new logistics products, develop new processes to serve new customers.

Mission :

- Manage the warehouse operations to ensure that deadlines and quality objectives are met
- Draft SOP and ensure best practices, processes and routines are applied at all time
- Take part in the analysis of the production plan and feedback on warehouse capacity

- Interact with IT team for developing warehouse management system
- Oversee the workers at each stage of the production to guarantee the best performance and quality results
- Manage quality check

- Enforce and monitor the QoS (quality of service)
- Manage materials supply on time
- Maintain a safe environment for team members and visitors in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
- Create reporting on KPI
Any others assignment from the Manager

Reporting : The position is in general attached to the Operations & Customer Support Manager, and punctually to CLEVY General Manager for the development of new products.

Evolution to managerial responsability is encouraged.

Office location :Shenzhen (南山区大学城), walking distance from the metro station

Warehouse location: 东莞大岭山***产业集团畔山物流园

Requirements

- Graduate of an undergraduate diploma,

- Above 5 year experience in international logistics, preferably in postal or express delivery industry,

- Experience in interacting with Customers and Service Providers,

- Experience in warehouse management

- Experience in e-commerce logistics appreciated,

- Good command of English, especially reading and writing - the position requires to communicate with European partners,

- Overseas experience is an asset,

- Deep personal involvement, sense of responsibility,

- Rigorous and well organized, strong analysis capacity

- Team spirit, good relational, communication and coordination capacity

- Willing to work on new projects which require to work resourcefully with high reactivity, autonomy and initiative, but also allows to exercise responsibility.

监管仓库操作质量跟操作时效

完善仓库操作流程

跟IT团队沟通完善仓库操作系统

制定仓库的操作计划及时反馈仓库的操作能力

监管仓库工人的工作，制作KPI报表

进行质量抽查

确保物料按时供应

维持仓库安全生产环境

配合并完成上级交付的其他工作

职位要求：

1、大学专科毕业，专业不限，5年以上仓库工作经验；

2、有国际物流或跨境电商物流工作经验者优先；

3、能熟练使用MS office，EXCEL，具有一定的数据分析能力；

4、愿意积极主动开展工作，责任心强；

5、有团队合作精神，能处理好人际关系；

6、有良好的英文读写能力，有国外工作经验者佳；

7、适应物流项目开发的需求，能够配合以高反应性，自主性来配合项目的开发进程，并在进程中展现出自己的能力。
